Si revisas la pagina te darás cuenta de que la Fundacion lo mismo que la RAP, somos instancias sociales no lucrativas y que por lo mismo no somos financiados por ningun grupo, partido o gobierno.

Se piden donaciones para los multiples proyectos que en breve postearé aquí.

Por el momento puedo adelantar que por ejemplo se piensan crear cocinas organicas por todas partes para que la gente pueda comer sanamente y de esa manera recuperar su salud tan lastimada intencionalmente por el sistema 12:60.

Se planea crear programas que nos permitan acceder a las carceles e implementar clases de yoga, danza y meditación con aquellos hermanos que estén dispuestos a recuperar su centro y su amor al mundo. El programa en verdad promueve la liberación de reos, sin embargo como puede adivinarse eso es implica un proceso complicado que debe empezar cuanto antes, continuar en donde se empezó.

Nosotros en México tenemos también grandes necesidades para desarrollar plenamente nuestro trabajo de difusión y establecimiento de comunidades 13:20. Por ejemplo en Morelos y en Quintana Roo. Ojala nos des una mano.

Foundation for the Law of Time - Who we are.



1. Foundation for the Law of Time is a Global Consortium of sister organizations in North America, Brazil, and Japan, whose mission is the fulfillment of the World Thirteen Moon Calendar Change Peace Plan (Click here to learn about the Peace Plan). It is charged with raising funds for its Services and Projects to be administered, in part, through its umbrella organization, Planet Art Network (PAN).

2. Global Council 2012. Convened by the Global Consortium, the Global Council consists of a rotating membership of seven Consortium members and six PAN Bioregional Coordinators, and is charged with overseeing the implementation of the Thirteen Moon Calendar Change Peace Plan (see above) as a global strategy in coordination with the World PAN.

3. Planet Art Network - PAN World Council (Umbrella Organization). The Foundation’s umbrella organization, PAN, is governed by a World Council of members selected from each of the PAN Bioregional Nodes. Each PAN Bioregional is operated by a Coordinator and a Bioregional Council. The Bioregionals are charged with the translation, coordination and dissemination of educational materials, workshops and seminars and overseeing the annual Day out of Time events. 4. Local PAN Nodes. Like the Bioregional PAN nodes, the locals operate autonomously, meet on Crystal days (the twelfth day of every 13-day “wavespell”), coordinate teaching events, disseminate calendars and educational materials and organize the Day out of Time.


Pacing the Biosphere-Noosphere Transition

The mission of the Foundation for the Law of Time is to provide public education concerning the Law of Time and its most practical social application, the Thirteen Moon 28-day calendar. The Foundation for the Law of Time was especially created (AD 2000) to pace and model the Biosphere-Noosphere transition. As the great shift from historical materialism to the post-historic spiritualization of all of life on Earth, the Biosphere-Noosphere transition is the most significant stage yet in the cycles of terrestrial evolution. Distinguishing between the artificial mechanistic timing frequency (12:60) of global civilization and the natural universal timing frequency (13:20) of the rest of life on Earth, the Law of Time defines the Biosphere--Noosphere transition as a critical 20-year cycle, 1993-2013.

New Time, New Vision, New Knowledge, New Spirituality

Through envisioning a New Time, the Foundation also promotes a new vision of humanity, a new knowledge to reformulate the human mind, and a new spirituality to renew the human species. The Foundation’s research program focuses on an exploration of all of the implication of the Law of Time on human existence. The Cosmic History Chronicles, The Reformulation of the Human Mind, a seven volume series, will be the Foundation’s major contribution to further the Biosphere-Noosphere transition and the emergence of a new spiritual evolutionary human type--homo noosphericus.

T(E) = Art - The Law of Time

Growing out of a lifetime research by Jose Arguelles-Valum Votan on the mathematical, prophetic and philosophical principles underlying the Mayan calendar system of Central America, the Law of Time, formulated as T(E) =Art, energy factored by time equals art, demonstrates that time is the universal factor of synchronization, accounting for both the elegance of the natural order and the existence of a universal field of telepathy. The Law of Time so radically alters our notions of time, hitherto based on measurements of space, that it evokes an entirely fresh vision of a transformed world, a world where time is no longer money, but time is art.

Thirteen Moon Calendar and Peace Plan

As the most practical application of the Law of Time , the Thirteen Moon/28-day calendar is a perpetual and perfectly harmonic standard intended to replace the irregular measure of the present world standard, the Gregorian calendar. Because the implications of such a change are so enormous and so essential for the Biosphere-Noosphere transition, the calendar change is accompanied by a peace plan which promotes peace through culture and a whole system re-envisioning of the role of the human in the Earth’s biosphere. To advance the aims of the calendar change peace plan, the Foundation gives support to the Planet Art Network (PAN), a worldwide movement based on the Thirteen Moon/28-day calendar. The Foundation promotes the Banner of Peace and Roerich Peace Pact as an international instrument for world peace, as well as the Planetary Peace through Culture Festival--Day Out of Time celebrations held around the world every July 25.

Rainbow Circle Sanctuary - Research and Development Center

Mission of the Foundation for the Law of Time Research Institute: To engage in research in the Law of Time and its creative application in furthering the mental and spiritual evolution of the human species.

Based outside of Ashland, Oregon, The Foundation operates a unique Research and Development Center - The Rainbow Circle Sanctuary. At the Sanctuary, the research team forms an integral part of the great experiment of the Law of Time. The research is based on and includes: integrative spiritual techniques, studies in higher consciousness, yoga and meditation; investigative research into the science of the Synchronic Order; social analysis and the biosphere-noosphere transition; creative design and educational modeling.

Foundation for the Law of Time Services and Projects

The Foundation for the Law of Time is responsible for generating the principle services and projects offered to the general public and the World PAN in particular. The sister Consortium members in Brazil and Japan may also generate their own services and projects apart from what the originating member may provide. As appropriate, these self-generated services and projects may be offered to the other two members as well as the World PAN.

The chief purpose of all fund raising efforts is to gather resources for the establishment and maintenance of these projects. Once the services are produced or the projects are funded, they may be offered to the general public, but most importantly, are targeted for the bioregional PAN nodes. Bioregional PAN nodes may then function as distributing agents of services, or coordinating administrators of projects. Local nodes may go directly to the Bioregional PAN or in some case directly to one of the Consortium members for services or project information.

Following is a descriptive list of the principle services and projects to be funded:


Services


Calendars. The Foundation this past year was responsible for publishing three calendars:

1. A Thirteen Moon/28-day pocket calendar as an item freely offered to the general public;

2. The UR Synchronometer, which coordinates all of the main world calendars, including the Mayan Long Count, according to the Thirteen Moon 28-day calendar;

3. The Randy Bruner Dreamspell calendar, basic calendar tool for more advanced practitioners of the synchronic codes.

4. The Foundation is now preparing the Master Synchronometer, a book-style calendar which will feature all of the codes of the synchronic order as well as a complete Thirteen moon calendar running through the Blue Resonant Storm Year 2012-2013.

Books (Law of Time Press). For the purpose of completing the publication of the seven-volume series Cosmic History Chronicles 2004-2011, the Foundation is in the process of creating the Law of Time Press. Through this adjunct operation the Foundation could put into print a number of out of print items as well as never yet published books and projects, including: Treatise on Time (Call of Pacal Votan), Thirteen Moons in Motion, Turtle and Tree, Art Planet Chronicles, 20 Tablets of the Law of Time, etc.

Tools. Law of Time tool kits made available by the Foundation include: Dreamspell, Journey of Timeship Earth 2013; Telektonon Game of Prophecy; 7:7::7:7; and Mystery of the Stone.


Educational Materials. These include various teaching videos and CDs. The Foundation has already prepared a number of self-study programs and educational projects based on the Thirteen moon 28-day calendar and the Law of Time.


Workshops and Seminars. The Foundation sponsors occasional seminars and encourages members of the PAN to engage in workshops, develop educational seminars and other forms of public outreach, for which the Foundation can assist with educational materials.

Banners of Peace. The production of the Banner of Peace and its promotion, particularly with regard to the Day out of Time, is the way the Foundation promotes peace through culture and the principles of the Roerich Peace Plan (1935). The Foundation encourages PAN nodes to enlist official support for the Banner and the Day out of Time from the mayors of their communities. The Foundation is in the process of forming an official agreement of alliance with the International Banner of Peace Committee.


Projects


Noosphere II. This is the project name for the overall research and investigation of the Law of Time in anticipation of the conclusion of the biosphere-noosphere transition conducted by the Research & Development Team at the Research & Development Center. (See document: “Noosphere II the Great Experiment of the Law of Time”). The emphasis of the research is on higher states of consciousness, yogic systems, telepathic paranormal techniques, comparative meditation methods and the practices of the synchronic order. The principle publication project is the Cosmic History Chronicles (see below). The R & DC has a working relation with the ISRICA (Institute for the Scientific Research and Investigation of Cosmic Anthropoecology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Novosibirsk), and recently cooperated with them in the Pacal Votan Global Telepathy Experiment (results forthcoming).

CREST. CREST, the acronym for the Centers for the Restitution, Investigation and Education of the Natural Mind, is the Noosphere II Project’s design for establishing a telepathic grid through the preliminary creation of thirteen land bases housing geodesic domes, gardens and facilities for individual and group meditation and telepathic exercise intensives. This is the Foundation’s principle project for strategically anticipating and triggering the noosphere in 2012. The first center is now being constructed near Alto Paraiso, Brazil. The CREST will give even greater focus to the Foundation’s ongoing (since 1996) Circumpolar Rainbow Bridge telepathic meditation project.

ARTECOOP. ARTECOOP is a Swiss AG business venture specifically created for targeting eco and eso(esoteric) tourism, cultural exchange, sustainable development and environmental protection as a means of promoting and gathering resources for the Foundation’s projects.

Operation Earth Rescue. The purpose of the Operation Earth Rescue is to provide an information and intelligence gathering hub for unifying different groups and organizations providing disaster relief as well as community reconstruction and biospheric restoration. The long term goal is to establish programs of reconstruction and restoration in accord with the new calendar and the Law of Time, and in anticipation of the biosphere-noosphere transition.

Second Planetary Congress of Biospheric Rights. Sequel to the First Congress which occurred ten years ago, also at the Parlamundi in Brasilia, Brazil, the second Congress is to be held in the coming Electric Moon, 3-7 (September 22-26, 2006). Its three principle goals: activate an alternative energy and community network; create the Operation Earth Rescue program and network; and in anticipation of concluding the biosphere-noosphere transition originate an ongoing Planetary Biospheric Congress and Noospheric World Assembly. This event will be pivotal in crystallizing projects and strategies with the goal of engendering a peaceful whole system transformation of planet Earth by 2012.

Noosphere World Assembly. The Noosphere Spiritual Ecological World Assembly has already been established in Russia, largely under the efforts of its president Lyubov Gordina, who will be present at the Second Planetary Congress of Biospheric Rights. The purpose of the NSEWA is to manifest a culture of peace through a unitary Noosphere (Spiritual Ecological) constitution of Mankind. One of the principle methods for creating uniform and harmonic time for Earth as a foundation of the coming cosmic civilization is the implementation of the Thirteen Moon calendar.

A related Foundation sponsored project is the International Center of Strategic Study of the Noosphere and the Sustainable Development of the Republic of Altai. First initiated in 2001, this project has as its goal the establishment of Altai as a Noospheric Reserve with the specific intention of protecting both the ecology and the culture of Altai as an example of a living culture of peace.

Cosmic History Chronicles. The principle publication project of the Foundation’s Research and Development center, this seven volume series (one a year, 2004-2011) is a comprehensive and encyclopedic investigation of the reformulation of the human mind according to the Law of Time. As the Foundation’s main educational contribution in preparation for the noosphere and the coming of cosmic civilization on Earth, this thoroughly original endeavor lays a completely new foundation of thought and science, constructively reorienting the entire paradigm of human consciousness

13:20 Garden Communities. The Foundation gives financial support to one garden community in Epuyen, Patagonia (Argentina) and encourages the flourishing of as many other projects as possible. The emphasis is developing a 13:20 life style, as much as possible off the grid, and living organically close to nature according to the synchronic codes of the law of time. Projects have now been or are being developed in Italy (Peace Garden) Colombia (Temple of the Seven Suns), as well as in Brazil, Peru, Chile, Australia and North America. A garden community is currently being developed near by to the CREST project in Brazil. The two projects will work in tandem in preparing people for 13:20 life and telepathic meditation retreat intensives.

New Time Soup Kitchens. The goal of this project is to create inner city soup kitchens for the homeless which provide healthy, organic vegetarian meals and education in the Thirteen Moon calendar and the New Time. Pilot projects are targeted for Portland and the San Francisco Bay area.

Time in the Prisons. This project is a 13 step self-study program for prisoners who wish to improve their minds and learn about the Law of Time while serving time. To implement the study program, this project requires many books, calendars and educational tools.


Library of the Law and Science of Time. The Research and Development Center is slowly building up a small library of literature that focuses on: the Law of Time; calendars and calendar reform; the study and science of time; cosmology; Mayan studies; the biosphere, noosphere and related studies in cosmic consciousness; esoteric thought; and comparative religion (UR studies), with an emphasis on meditation, yoga and the Quran and Quranic studies.

Day out of Time/Planetary Peace through Culture Festival. Held every July 25, and hailed as World Day of the Earth Dwellers, by the team of the International Orbiting Satellite, and as promoted by the NSEWA, this is the single most important annual event for showcasing the values of time is art, universal pardon and the Banner of Peace and peace through culture. The Global Consortium for the Law of Time and World PAN are seeking to make this an official world day for commemorating the true nonviolent values and methods of peace as a creative human value for constructing a positive future.
