Theology is the study of the nature of God. Related to this impossible discipline are the big questions of human existence. Among others, how and why we act as we do?

There is a pressing need to understand why religious beliefs can give rise to serious conflict in spite of the doctrine of love at the base all faiths.

Belief and disbelief in God is a choice. It can be based on rational thought but not on reliable external authority, be it Revelation or the Scientific method.
