Yo, guys,
I'm doing my final research paper on e-commerce, and we've been asked to identify an e-commerce site that is 'non-user friendly and non-satisfactory'. We're supposed to do a report on it and suggest improvements and all. The problem is, I can't find a site that's bad enough. The shittier the site is, the better for us - more to criticise and suggest, get it? - You guys know any? Remember, the worse it is, the better!

MacMall is pretty bad, just read some user reviews on PriceRunner.

I WAS PUT ON HOLD, I WAS HUNG UP ON AND HAD TO CALLED BACK 3 TIMES ONLY IN THE END TO CANCEL MY ORDER. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. ABSOLUTELY A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. |

I found another site by searching through Pricerunner, called pcmall.com. It must be related to Macmall, 'coz the designs are similar, and it sucks. My paper was the thickest one on the pile today. Thanks a bunch.
