(was going to be "Who do you think is the most important person ever in the Claw community?" but the title was too long)

Personally, I think it's Meezo. He was the first person ever to set up a site for custom levels, way back in 1997. If it wasn't for him, the hundred levels pack we have today wouldn't exist. He hasn't posted in the forum for quite a few years but I think the whole community owes a debt to him.

Who do you think?

I don't think I've been around the community long wnough to put up an opinion, but if I were to name a person it'd be Add Brown, though I've never met the guy at the forum.

Arbegas, Eugenio, Finn, Mahesh, Randy, Rich (in alphabetical order). It's difficult to choose one person.

BTW, I'm surprised that no one has mentioned me yet. Wink

Randy. For he has only made two levels which were both outstanding. Respect.

Though I pretty much like anyone who creates new levels for Claw :p Including the previous Claw crew (Randy, Meezo, Finn, Fangs, Freya, etc... )

I think Aavishkar Patel would be one of them if he had said exactly how he created a 15-hit BearSailor.

Well that's what the legend says. It's never proven it was true, as the level in which he did it was myseriously lost.

At least we CAN make invisable enemies so far already. Now looking for something inbetween.

And yes, Randy had 3, but the 3th was an object-redone version of level 14, which sucked XD It shouldn't be mentioned.

I remember the talk about the 15-hit bear at the official forum. Aavishkar Patel himself said that he couldn't remember exactly, but he probably set the value of the health field to several hundred.
When I tried to do it myself, I failed all the times. I even set all the other field values to several hundred and experimented with object type and hit types, but it didn't work either.

Here's a quote from a. patel.

"yes it can be done, you will have to set and experiment with various numbers in the 'health' and 'misc' fields. You can also make them auto-destruct with certain numbers and flags(THe editor ones, not checkpoints).I created a Bear Sailor Which needs 15 bangs to die."

And when asked, he said

"that level was huggerland.
THe Bear sailor that took 15 hits to kill was made by changing one of the lesser used values for it.(maybe healh or something).I increased the value to a few hundred(I'm not sure,I donot remember).NE way its all in the help file, even i have forgotten it because i have not written any levels for a few months."

(NOTE: it ISN't in the help file, in case you're wondering)
